I wonder what it means to be a human being?
A living, breathing, walking, talking, all-seeing,
Hearing, touching, tasting, smelling, thinking, feeling
Mystery with history and memory, revealing
Our past and dreaming our future, never knowing
Why we exist or how, yet sensing we’re growing,
Exploring and expanding, learning and showing
That all is connected, the universe flowing,
Perhaps even conscious, perhaps still evolving,
And each of us pieces, a puzzle for solving,
A story of life, like a plot still unfolding,
A miracle really, a gift to keep holding.
I wonder what it means to be a human being?
Intelligent, but not artificial, freeing
Minds from algorithms (AI is deceiving),
Be proudly human, for being is believing.
